I would like to provide the following feedback: We had our home on the market for 3 months and one low ball offer. We were looking to replace our "dated" tile flooring based on feedback from various real estate agents. We asked Greg to give us a bid to replace our tile with wood.

Greg came in looked at our house said it looked great, was in good shape, and he recommended we do nothing to our floors. "Wait the right offer will come around". That recommendation cost him at least $6,000 in sales and significant profit (right before the holidays). Coincidently 2 days later we had an acceptable offer on our house. Greg saved us a significant amount of money, as well as time off the market while the job was being completed. While I can't address his workmanship, Greg's honesty and integrity are without question. I have and will continue to recommend Greg to anyone who needs flooring work and even to those who don’t.

Honest, fair, accurate and knowledgeable, this was one of the better experiences we've had with a contractor. We had shopped both Lowe's and Home Depot for months waiting for a deal and searching through carpet samples only left confused and skeptical. In a 20 minute, home consultation from Greg at Renaissance, not only were all our questions and concerns addressed, but he recommended a carpet and pattern we had not seen and preferred . Greg was very professional in his presentation of his product. Very knowledgeable. He was able to answer all our questions and returned phone calls promptly. The installers he used to install the carpet were very efficient and did an awesome job. They really paid attention to detail. We had our carpet installed the day that it rained (poured) ALL day. They really improvised and made the best of a bad situation. They were very clean and hard workers. The seams look great! I would definately recommend this company to others.
